Hi Kevin,
I'm totally convinced of the power of social media. What I'm looking for is a guide to give my clients that answers the questions "how do I use sm" and "what should I be posting", not "why". Do you know where I might find something like that? For example, my clients ask what they should be writing on Twitter or Facebook that would help their job search instead of the typical posts, "stuck in traffic", "going to the doctors" or "what's up with that song about scary ghost stories on Christmas". I can understand their confusion and I'm never quite sure what to tell them.
Thanks so much!

Kevin,

Great post! There are so many applications for social media and your job search... from increasing visibility, promoting your online brand, connecting with others (companies, recruiters, influencers) and giving back/helping others.

We need to get the word out, especially about Twitter!
