It’s always interesting to see what words left the list and what new words were added.

The key for you is to make sure you avoid these words like the plague. They are cliches and don’t separate you from the crowd.

Removed from the 2011 list are:

  • Dynamic
  • Communication skills

Replacing these words in 2012 list are:

  • Responsible
  • Analytical
