Group Coaching Circle
The premise of the Group Coaching Circle is simple: high touch 1-on-1 coaching in a small group setting of likeminded professionals with the same objective – to find the job you want quicker. Here is how we will do this together:
90 Minute Group Coaching Calls 2x each Month
On the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, our group of no more than six (6) professionals will meet via webinar (you can use your phone or computer) for 90 minutes to create an action plan to streamline your job search. Everyone is a participant on these calls and can both speak and be heard. Our sessions will be divided into three parts:
Check-in: This is where we will go around the group and touch base on where things are since our last call. Depending upon where you are in your process, this will differ from member to member. It’s not only accountability for the individual group member, but collective motivation and learning for everyone participating.
Teaching: During this segment, I will tackle the topics that have been selected by the group as the focal point for the Coaching Session. I will bring in experts where needed and requested by the group. The group determines the areas of focus based on the needs of the group, which keeps the training dynamic, fresh and relevant.
Integration: We will work our way around the group again, putting all the pieces together for everyone individually, tackling any questions and picking your action item(s) for the next week’s call.
Private Networking Group: This is a highly interactive format and inspired by what the group wants in terms of guidance and coaching. In between the sessions, group members will be able to connect and collaborate through a private networking group that will be set up for Group Coaching Circle members only. It is highly encouraged that this tool be leveraged and used as a catalyst in your job search.
Every member will get access to Career Attraction University as part of their Group Coaching Circle Membership. This includes access to all the training videos, Q&A calls, private 1-on-1 coaching and SME videos in the University. (if you are already a member of CAU, just email us after signing up and we will adjust your membership so you aren’t paying twice for the same service 
)

There are two Group Coaching Circles. The first group will meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 9:00amEST – 10:30amEST.(Two spots remain)
The second group will meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 12:00pmEST – 1:30pmEST (NOTE – This group is now filled).
The cost of membership is $97/mo and there is no time limit. You may stay in the group as long as you like and leave whenever you like.
Coaching will commence on August 11.
