I love documentaries. My brother-in-law is a filmmaker...I think I've single-handedly crashed Netflix's servers with my overusage...I've got what some might call a problem. It's as simple as that.
So, when I stumbled upon Erik Proulx's film "Lemonade," I had to watch it. Simply described, it's a collection of 16 advertising professionals' stories about how they "lost their jobs and found their calling." It's relatable, relevant and inspiring. I've never recommended a movie before on my blog, but this is a MUST SEE.
Lemonade can inspire you TODAY by getting it through Amazon or watching it on Hulu.
As always...let me know what you think by leaving a comment below!

Well, its been about 15 minutes since I finished watching "Lemonade" and I have sat here entranced, curious, doubtful, excited, hopeful. I wonder "Really?"...or are these people's experiences (as advertisers often say) 'not typical' ? Can it really be done? And then across the top of my browser crawls a news feed about the availability of a kit you can purchase and use to build your own satellite in your basement and actually have it launched into orbit!! The world is full of possibilities. And maybe it's time to stop asking "Will it work?" and "What if...?" and change the question to "How could I make this happen?"
Great film and thanks for sharing - inspired me to "pay it forward" in a link with a group I am involved with - the American Marketing Association, Tampa Bay Chapter. We always have several members in transition as the economy did a number on the marketing community in Tampa Bay - like everywhere!
