“Which of these two roles would you like, COO or Head of Sales?”
This is exactly what happened to our client, Michael last week.

By the end of his interview, not only was he being considered for a role that was not posted (because it didn’t exist yet), but he had the hiring leader EAGER to push the process forward FAST!
He did not do this with a resume, LinkedIn profile tactics, or online application, but it all started with outreach, conversations, introductions and momentum he put into motion weeks ago.
The process itself is not complex to understand, but difficult to execute because of the mindset and fear that holds us back!
